All classes are free of charge for Parents/Caregivers and families residing in Monterey county
10 sessions, once a week
All classes are two hours
When classes are offered in the morning, light breakfast snacks will be provided
For parents/caregivers ONLY of youth 5-10 years of age
Prevention program for parents/caregivers of strong willed or highly impulsive children. Focus on health eating/sleeping/school success habits and positive parenting techniques
Registration closes on the third session of each class series
Classes are available in English or Spanish; online or in-person
Dinner is provided for the first class in each series followed by a participant potluck weeks 2-10
Out of County program participants will be charged a $60.00 fee for classes
